- A personalised itinerary, with dining, airport transfers, excursions, boat days and other agreed experiences coordinated for you
- Booking confirmations, provider follow-up and routine changes to your arrangements
- A message the day before and on the day of each service or experience, confirming times, locations, pickup details and instructions
- Message support for your arrangements during your stay, daily from 7am–9pm, Turks & Caicos time
No fixed limit on the number of agreed arrangements. Larger groups, in-person errands, shopping, delivery and event planning are quoted separately.

Coordinate my taxiAll prices are in US dollars. Concierge fees cover our planning and coordination; transport, meals, activities, groceries, provider services and other purchases are paid separately. Arrangements depend on availability and each provider’s terms.

Hospitality is personal. So is the way I work.
With 12 years in hotel operations, including housekeeping coordination, I know how much the small details matter. Clear communication, careful follow-up and a calm approach can make all the difference when guests need help.
I created Your Island Host to bring that care to visitors and vacation-rental owners in Turks & Caicos — from a thoughtfully arranged island day to a dependable local connection while an owner is away.

Who is this service for?
Visitors who want personal concierge arrangements, and vacation-rental owners who need guest communication or local coordination. For owners, we can discuss one property or a small portfolio.
Can I book just concierge?
Yes. Concierge support is available on its own. You don’t need to own a property or stay in a rental we support. Tell us your travel plans and the arrangements you’d like help with.
Can you work with my existing team?
Yes. The service can fit around your cleaners, maintenance providers and other partners, with clear responsibilities and a communication plan agreed together.
How does pricing work?
Owner Guest Support is US$650 per month, per property, covering up to six guest stays per month. Additional stays are quoted and agreed before we begin. Personal Concierge is US$350 per stay for up to six guests, and à la carte coordination is US$50 per arrangement. Simple taxi bookings carry no separate YIH booking fee; the fare still applies. Provider costs and purchases are separate. Additional services are quoted before we begin.
Is this full property management?
Our focus is guest experience and local coordination. Rental listing management, revenue management and complete property operations are outside the core service.
